1. Are the glasses unisex?

Yes. All Haro Eyewear models are designed to suit different styles and face shapes. Our frames are created so anyone—regardless of gender—can wear them comfortably and confidently.


2. How do I choose the right frame for my face shape?

Here are some general guidelines:

  • Round faces: Angular frames help add definition

  • Square faces: Rounded or softer shapes balance strong features

  • Oval faces: Most styles work well—medium proportions offer the best balance

We also recommend checking lens width, bridge size, and temple length to ensure a proper fit.


3. Are the lenses scratch-resistant?

Our lenses feature an anti-scratch coating designed for everyday use. While this helps preserve clarity, no lens is completely scratch-proof. Using the protective case and a microfiber cleaning cloth will help maximize durability.


4. Do the lenses provide UV protection?

Yes. All Haro Eyewear lenses offer 100% UVA and UVB protection, helping protect your eyes while maintaining premium visual clarity.


5. How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • USPS Domestic Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days

  • USPS First-Class Rushed Shipping: 3–5 business days — $4.75 USD

All shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed clearly at checkout. After dispatch, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.


6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging

  • Custom-made or prescription products are not eligible for return unless defective

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to an error or defect on our part.


8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@haroeyewear.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.


9. What is the return address?

The return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
